This information is provided pursuant toArticle 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003– Personal Data Protection Code.
Providing data is mandatory and necessary to respond to requests sent and to contact the sender to obtain clarifications regarding the information provided. The personal data provided by users are used for the purposes of sending the information and for the preparation of statistical studies and research, including for the evaluation of reports relating to expenditure reviews. Personal data will not be disclosed to parties outside the sending process. The data collected may be disclosed anonymously and may be used for reporting and statistics. The data collected is processed using IT tools. The data will be stored in a form that allows identification of the data subject for a period of time not exceeding the completion of the investigation and evaluations covered by the communication. Appropriate security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or improper use, and unauthorized access.

Rights of interested parties

Data subjects have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy, or request its integration, updating, or rectification (Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003).
Pursuant to the same article, data subjects have the right to request the deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object, for legitimate reasons, to its processing. Requests should be addressed to the data controller.

The Site uses:

  • Session cookies, whose use is not instrumental in collecting the User’s personal identification data, being limited to the sole transmission of session identification data in the form of numbers automatically generated by the server.
    Session cookies are not stored permanently on the User’s device and are automatically deleted when the browser is closed.
  • Third-party cookies for sharing on some of the major social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, WhatsApp, YouTube).
